Each day in the United States nineteen people die from the lack of an essential organ that is not available. Each day 1500 people die of cancer in the United States. Each month, 1000 more people are added to the waiting list of 101,000 people in need of a transplant surgery. These people could be living; leading ordinary lives if it was not for the medical taboo created by just the word â€Å"Cloning†. Millions of people view cloning as unethical and unscrupulous, however, majority of these people have never researched read even one article of the amazing scientific principle. While the creation of human beings through cloning is wrong, the process of therapeutic cloning, the completely different procedure of therapeutic cloning is completely†¦show more content†¦The nucleus is henceforth placed into the blank cell of the other organism. With that accomplished the new recombinant cell is placed in incubation and is induced to multiply by a process known as ionmycin. A fter the cell has begun to develop and mature, it is then removed from incubation and can be guided by biomedical professionals to become any of the 220 different types of tissue found in the human body. Thus, by this process any type of human organ can be produced for any sickly person, and would be 100% genetically similar. The advantages to Therapeutic cloning are limitless, and various procedures can be conducted with these cloned organs and parts. Using this advantageous method, medical professionals could save millions of people. The cloned organs could be used to replace damaged tissues in the body. If a person were to have kidney failure or heart disease, a new kidney that is genetically similar could be cloned and inserted inside the individual saving his life. This is the type of technology that the future is pointing towards, and this is the type that will save lives and provide people with a better standard of living. Not only would the organ cure disease, but also it wo uld also never be rejected. Nearly every person that receive an organ from a donor, must take drugs to insure that the organ is never rejected, and sometimes that is not enough, and these individuals die.
